If the model is an affected model listed above, consumers should verify the serial number using the online recall form to confirm if their unit is part of the recall. Through this same form, consumers can submit a claim to receive either a free replacement power bank or a gift card redeemable at the Anker Lazada store.
Note: When checking serial numbers, please be careful to distinguish between similar-looking characters. Affected serial numbers do not contain the letters "O" or "I".
After receiving confirmation of eligibility, dispose of the affected unit at a certified facility that accepts recalled lithium-ion batteries. Do not dispose of these units in regular trash or recycling bins.
